No, according to hv77's rules each player may keep only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, mobile number, or device may result in those accounts being disabled and bonuses being cancelled. This rule is strictly enforced to ensure fair play.
Yes, you can log in from any device using your registered mobile number and password. However, a verification code may be sent when you log in on a new device. For your security, always log in from your own device and log out when you are done.
After logging in, go to the Account Settings section to update your name, email, or password. Some changes may require assistance from the support team. In that case, you can reach out via live chat or by emailing [email protected].
Click the "Forgot Password" option on the login page and enter your registered mobile number. A recovery code will be sent to you, which you can use to set a new password. If you still have trouble, contact hv77's 24/7 live chat.

hv77 or any legitimate service will never ask for your OTP, bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, or Rocket PIN over the phone. If you receive such a call, hang up immediately and change your mobile banking PIN right away. Change your hv77 password quickly as well and notify support.

Choose a password of at least 8–12 characters that includes uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters (such as @, #, !). Do not use your date of birth or phone number. Before withdrawing bonus winnings, you must meet the wagering requirement. The wagering requirement for hv77's welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. hv77 currently supports withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay — four mobile banking methods. Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet. When making a withdrawal, make sure you provide the same number used for your deposit.
Live Dealer Games
In a live dealer game, a real dealer operates the table from a studio via video streaming. You get the feeling of playing at a real card or roulette table from the comfort of your home. Compared to computer-generated games, there is a different level of realism here because everything is broadcast live.
Roulette has a spinning wheel and a ball. You bet on which number or color the ball will land on. Betting on red/black or odd/even gives you roughly a fifty-fifty chance of winning. Betting on a specific number pays more but the odds are lower. For beginners, starting with small bets is advisable.
Yes, Teen Patti and Andar Bahar are available in hv77's live casino. Teen Patti is a popular South Asian three-card game — each player receives three cards and the one with the strongest hand wins. Andar Bahar is even simpler — one card is placed in the middle and you bet on whether the next matching card will fall on the Andar (inside) or Bahar (outside) side.
Baccarat has two hands — "Player" and "Banker". You bet on which hand will win or whether it will be a tie. The goal is for the hand whose total points are closest to 9 to win. It is a straightforward game because the rules for drawing cards are fixed — the player does not need to make any strategic decisions, only place bets.
Yes, hv77's live dealer games are fully optimized for mobile. With a stable internet connection (4G or good Wi-Fi), you can play comfortably on a smartphone. If the internet is weak, the video may occasionally pause, so playing on a good network is recommended.
