3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Transactions on hv77 are processed through local mobile banking methods.

Deposit Terms

You can use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay to deposit funds into hv77. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposited funds are generally added to the account instantly.

  • The account used for depositing and the hv77 account must be in the same person's name.
  • Deposits through a third party are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit — that is, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

Welcome Bonus

hv77 offers new players a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳1,000 bonus and you can start playing with a total of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 or more will give you the maximum ৳15,000 bonus and a total of ৳47,000.

Wagering Requirement: 15x the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.

General Bonus Rules

  • Each bonus has its own applicable terms and conditions — read them carefully when receiving an offer.
  • Claiming bonuses by opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or household is strictly prohibited.
  • If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.
  • hv77 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.
  • Certain games or bet types may be excluded from bonus wagering.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

  • Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets.

Consequences: If prohibited conduct is proven, the account may be closed, the balance forfeited, and legal action taken if necessary.

Technical Errors

Any winnings or bonuses obtained as a result of a technical error, incorrect display, or system failure will not be considered valid. hv77 reserves the right to make corrections and void affected bets in such cases.

6. VIP Program and Cashback

  • Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback

  • Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement is determined based on your overall activity and participation. hv77 reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program.

Cashback Process

Weekly cashback is generally calculated and added to your account every Monday. The cashback amount depends on your VIP tier and your activity during the relevant week. Cashback is given as cash; separate wagering requirements may or may not apply — contact support for specific terms.

7. Limitation of Liability
